Acting on the directions of Jammu Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Devansh Yadav, the entire JMC machinery from senior officers to ground level field staff is working round the clock to ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience of pilgrims visiting for the sacred Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra.
Despite continuous heavy rainfall in Jammu, sanitation workers, field personnel, and JMC officials have remained on duty at the Suryaputri Tawi River Front, ensuring uninterrupted sanitation services, maintaining civic amenities, and extending every possible assistance to devotees.
Dr. Devansh Yadav has directed all concerned officers and field staff to remain on high alert, ensure uninterrupted civic services despite adverse weather conditions, and leave no room for inconvenience to pilgrims. He emphasized that public service during the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra is the Corporation’s highest priority and instructed officials to respond promptly to any issue requiring immediate attention.
