The Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026 continues to witness a massive turnout, with a total of 3,24,525 pilgrims offering prayers at the holy cave shrine during the first 13 days of the pilgrimage.
On Wednesday alone, 22,599 devotees performed darshan, including 16,156 men, 5,665 women, 346 children, 86 sadhus, 13 sadhvis, 10 transgender devotees, and 323 security personnel.
Meanwhile, a fresh batch of 6,251 pilgrims departed from the Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas in Jammu under tight security for the Baltal and Pahalgam base camps. Since July 2, a total of 99,287 pilgrims have left from the Jammu base camp for the annual pilgrimage.
