The city’s main Narwal Vegetable Market will remain completely closed from June 26 to June 28, 2026, due to the summer break announced by the market association.
According to the decision taken by the market association, all wholesale and retail trading activities in the market will remain suspended during these three days. No shops inside the market premises will operate during the closure.
Farmers, wholesale traders, and retail vendors have been advised to stock up on vegetables in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the temporary shutdown.
The market is scheduled to reopen on June 29, 2026, after which all trading and business activities will resume as per the regular schedule.
